Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Submitting a custom order request does not guarantee an order until pricing is approved and payment is received.

Artwork & Content

Customers confirm they own the rights or have permission to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted.

SOFLY Print Studio is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided content.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and begin after approval and payment. Delays caused by customer response time do not count toward production time.

Same-Day & Rush Orders

Same-day and rush services are subject to availability, cutoff times, and additional fees. These services are non-refundable once production begins.

Limitation of Liability

SOFLY Print Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.

Changes to Policies

SOFLY Print Studio reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
