Refund policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final.

Because all items are custom printed, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is an error on our end.

Eligible for Reprint or Refund

A reprint or refund may be issued if:

  • The wrong item was printed

  • The design differs from the approved mockup

  • There is a clear printing defect

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Not Eligible for Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

  • Artwork issues from customer-provided files

  • Minor color variations due to screen vs print differences

  • Orders delayed due to customer approval delays
