Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after approval and payment.

Do you offer same-day printing?

Yes. Same-day service is available on select items.

Cutoff times and rush fees apply.

Can I upload my own design?

Yes. Use Upload & Print to submit your design and check out instantly.

Accepted files: PNG, SVG, PDF.

Do you help with design?

Yes. Design help is available for an additional fee.

What items can you print on?

T-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, totes, and select specialty items.

When is my order confirmed?

Your order is confirmed after details are approved and payment is received.

If ordering online, your order is automatically confirmed after payment in checkout.

Do you offer refunds?

All items are custom printed. Refunds are only issued for printing errors on our end.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Local pickup is available in the Broward & Miami-Dade area.
